But, how do you get people to interact? Our team constantly studies the psychology of social interaction in different built environments to bring the best to our designs. About our founder
Javier Lorenzo’s career as an architect span more than a decade and includes a large array of project types. As a real estate developer, he brought his architecture background to the table and quickly rose through the ranks of development as a vice president, leading multiple multifamily apartment rental projects. Whether it’s a small development or a large mixed-use community, Mr. Lorenzo has been a crucial part of projects that impact our community. Mr. Lorenzo observed the issues that always plague projects and decided to bring his services to the world.
